Aanchal Batra is a visionary professional known for her dedication, compassion, and strong determination. She is a qualified Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disabilities (MR), Down Syndrome, and other learning challenges.

Coming from a highly educated family in Delhi, Aanchal is the eldest of three siblings. Her father was a law graduate and a successful businessman, while her mother is a respected educationist who has been running a CBSE Senior Secondary School for over three decades. With constant encouragement and support from her family, Aanchal pursued her passion in the field of therapy and child development.

She completed her Bachelor’s degree from Santosh Medical College, Ghaziabad, and gained valuable experience working with Dr. Bole and at the Spinal Cord Injury Centre in New Delhi. After her marriage into a reputed industrial family in Panipat, she balanced her responsibilities at home while keeping her passion for serving children alive.

Determined to make a difference, she began freelancing at various institutions, including Divya Special School (Panipat) and Tapan Rehabilitation Centre (Karnal). She later joined the prestigious Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities, New Delhi, serving at its satellite centre in Nilokheri.

During her tenure, she recognized the lack of specialized services for children with disabilities in Panipat. This realization became the foundation for establishing the Saghar Therapy Centre.
